Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving shipment. We are unable to offer a return or exchange after this period. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders places between 11/1/2025 and 12/31/2025 are eligible for return or exchange until 1/31/2026.
Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)-
Please email CustomerSupport@LakeDaysLifestyle.com to begin the return/exchange process. We will reply with return instructions. If it is an exchange, please include the address where you would like the replacement item(s) to be sent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the status of your refund/exchange.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are exchanging an item, the replacement will be ordered and sent directly to the address provided.
